Client Compliance Officer – Valuations

About the role

Join Cotality’s compliance team at the intersection of property and finance, supporting leading Australian lenders. You will review valuation reports, ensure they meet industry and lender standards, and gain exposure to property finance compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review property valuation reports for compliance with industry standards and lender‑specific requirements.
• Determine whether reports can be submitted or need corrections.
• Process a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Sharp eye for detail and a natural focus on accuracy.
• Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks and a process‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• No formal qualifications required; ideal for students studying property valuation or individuals seeking entry into property, compliance, or financial services.
