About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert lending advice and guide customers through the home‑loan journey.
• Leverage Aussie’s tech platform and centralised Client Solutions team for loan processing and admin.
• Generate additional income by connecting clients with buyer’s agents, conveyancing and other property‑service products.
• Develop referral networks and grow your presence in the local community.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it, with support).
• Background in sales or customer‑service roles.
• Drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage‑broking business.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to use digital platforms for remote client engagement.
