Project Site Manager - Building Automation & Security

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Site Manager for its Melbourne Projects team, which delivers complex commercial construction projects across Victoria. The role suits a site-based leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has experience managing electrical, building automation, security or technology installations. You will take ownership of on-site project delivery, coordinate subcontractors, manage installation activities, maintain safety standards and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities across multiple project phases
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and commissioning teams
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with regulatory requirements
• Drive project schedule adherence and site productivity
• Lead site safety meetings, toolbox talks and compliance activities
• Monitor quality, installation standards and project documentation
• Liaise with builders, consultants, customers and internal stakeholders
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover
• Identify and resolve site issues and project risks proactively

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar
• Electrical trade background and relevant licensing preferred
• Experience delivering commercial construction or building services projects
• Australian citizenship is essential; eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance is required
