Project Manager – Precast & Modular Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale precast and modular construction projects across commercial, industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the full project lifecycle from award to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, forecasts and reporting.
• Coordinate internal design, engineering, manufacturing and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee contract administration, variations and commercial outcomes.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources.
• Drive project performance through effective planning and communication.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, precast, modular, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and programme management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
