Project Manager

About the role

At Cushman & Wakefield, you will join the Project & Development Services team to manage medium‑scale capital works and fit‑out projects across commercial, industrial, retail, education, defence and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule and quality targets are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and reporting tools.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers, and support procurement and contract administration.
• Monitor project performance, risks and compliance, and lead project meetings with accurate documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication across clients and internal teams, and support business development submissions and client presentations.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role within the construction or property industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in MS Project.
