About the role
The CIMIC Group Graduate Program offers recent graduates the chance to work across its companies – CPB Contractors, Sedgman and UGL – on iconic construction, mining and infrastructure projects. Over two years you will complete two one‑year rotations, gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of roles and locations.
Key responsibilities
- Complete two one‑year rotational placements across different projects and disciplines.
- Contribute to the delivery of large‑scale construction, mining, and public‑private partnership projects.
Required profile
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Deliver high‑quality, outcome‑driven results.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to various sites as required.
- Innovate and propose creative solutions.
