Senior Architect – Residential Projects

About the role

An established residential developer‑builder is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design teams and own project delivery across a strong pipeline of Sydney residential developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept design through to detailed documentation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
• Mentor and support architects and architectural designers.
• Coordinate with internal development and construction teams.
• Ensure documentation meets standards and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to townhouse and medium‑density residential projects.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with strong experience in the Australian residential sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead or mentor a team.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Townhouse or medium‑density residential experience highly regarded.
• Mandarin language skills advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
