About the role
DCOH is seeking a Project Manager to lead on‑site execution of construction projects in Victoria, from award to handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of construction projects in line with programme, budget and contractual requirements.
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution with Site Managers, monitor progress and address delays, conflicts and risks.
- Procure trade packages, develop scopes of work and manage subcontractor engagement and performance.
- Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards on site.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, RFIs and handover activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Building & Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, compliance and WHS requirements.
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Australian driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project and site management software such as HammerTech, Procore, MS Project and Aconex.
- Ability to procure trade packages, prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor contracts.
