Project Manager

About the role

Ausdecom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale decommissioning, demolition, remediation and recycling projects across Western Australia. You will work within a safety‑focused, high‑performing team delivering projects for petrochemical, power, offshore and mining clients.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project methodologies and standards are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion commercial best practices and align project outcomes with business goals.
• Coordinate work specifications, project protocols and risk management activities.
• Act as a Safety Leader, overseeing health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Manage site labour, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Produce weekly reports on costs, forecasts and schedule tracking.
• Monitor scope changes, estimate and negotiate contract variations.
• Prepare comprehensive tenders, bids, job plans and cost estimates.
• Administer monthly claims, budgets, invoicing and overall financials.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.

Required profile

• Qualifications in Commercial, Civil, Business, Environmental, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Substantial experience in project management within demolition, construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership ability to drive change and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven expertise in site documentation and reporting.
• High‑level problem‑solving skills with a focus on commercial and technical advantages.
