About the role
Join a growing commercial builder in Melbourne's inner east as a Project Manager, overseeing projects up to $10 million across fit‑out and new‑build sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million.
- Coordinate fit‑out and new‑build works in commercial, education, health & wellbeing, and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and Directors.
- Take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion.
Required profile
- Commercial construction experience with a head contractor (excluding residential and civil).
- Ability to step up from Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator to Project Manager, or proven Project Manager experience.
- Strong commitment to client relationships and consistent delivery.
