Project Coordinator – Defence Projects

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Project Management team in Darwin, supporting a large portfolio of works under the National Defence contract. You will help deliver projects ranging from office fit‑outs to complex infrastructure upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple concurrent projects across their full life cycle, including scope, design, contract administration, financial management, scheduling and risk management.
• Assist project teams in delivering, completing and reporting on projects.
• Engage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure work programmes meet client expectations, timelines, budgets and specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in Project Management, preferably managing a large portfolio of projects.
• Prior experience on Defence projects is highly regarded.
• Australian citizenship to obtain required Baseline security clearance.
