Project Architect – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

GemLife is looking for a Project Architect on a 12‑month contract to support the design and documentation of luxury commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with the Design Manager and the architectural team across all project stages, from concept through design development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore documentation teams, ensuring quality control and consistency with GemLife standards.
• Manage multiple project scales and deliver documentation during peak periods.
• Support consultant coordination and engage internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation using advanced Revit techniques.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of post‑master’s experience in architecture.
• Degree in Architecture; registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the NCC, BCA and Australian Standards.
• Proven ability to handle concept design through design development.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency.
