Program Delivery Analyst

About the role

The Program Delivery Analyst is a key member of the Program Delivery Unit at Housing Australia, supporting the monitoring, analysis and reporting of housing projects across its funding programs. Working closely with Project Delivery Managers, Investment Managers and external stakeholders, the role provides project delivery, portfolio and performance analysis to support program oversight, reporting and decision-making. It is described as an opportunity for an analytical project or program professional seeking exposure to housing delivery, portfolio management and large-scale government-funded infrastructure and development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones and delivery outcomes, and identify and escalate project risks, issues and delays.
• Support project assurance and delivery oversight, and monitor compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, data and reporting systems, and analyse project performance and delivery metrics.
• Prepare reports, briefings and management insights, and support portfolio monitoring and decision-making.
• Engage with delivery partners and funded stakeholders, collect, validate and reconcile project information, and respond to project-related queries.
• Support the administration of funded projects throughout their delivery lifecycle, maintain project documentation and reporting records, and contribute to reporting, data management and process improvements.
• Support governance, audit and assurance activities as required.
