Production Operator – Rotating Shifts

About the role

Join Mars Petcare’s newly upgraded single‑serve pouch lines at the Wodonga plant. You will work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) to help produce high‑quality pet food for a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment using software systems and hands‑on checks.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Run multiple pieces of equipment safely, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality output.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and provide detailed shift handovers.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in manufacturing and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Relevant prior experience; trade certification is a plus but not essential.

Required skills

• Equipment operation and monitoring.
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
• Use of production software systems.
