About the role

Lead the daily production operations for a well‑established family‑run chemical business, ensuring output and quality targets are met while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee daily production to achieve output and quality goals.
• Manage and coordinate the production team to ensure smooth workflow and high performance.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Track production metrics, report performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance to resolve operational issues.
• Efficiently manage resources including equipment, materials and workforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a production management role within industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, operational management and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and organisational skills.
