Product Manager - Adtech

About the role

Join Publift, an innovative adtech company, as the Product Manager responsible for auction optimisation across publisher stacks such as Prebid and Google Ad Manager. You will lead the strategy, roadmap and experimentation to boost revenue and inventory quality for publishers.

Key responsibilities

• Own auction optimisation across Prebid, Google Ad Manager, APS and related demand and identity partners.
• Set strategy, define measurable success criteria and run the end‑to‑end optimisation loop with data science and engineering.
• Translate market, business and customer insights into precise problem specifications and experiment plans.
• Evaluate and trial demand, identity and measurement partners, supporting commercial negotiations.
• Communicate priorities, risks and results transparently to executives and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with revenue‑bearing products, primarily in publisher‑side adtech.
• Hands‑on experience with publisher monetisation systems such as Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs/DSPs and identity solutions.
• Demonstrated impact on monetisation, reliability or latency metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in SQL, Google Sheets or Excel.
