Product Growth (CRO) Manager
Careers at Eucalyptus · Au - Hq - Nsw
Job description
About the role
Juniper, part of Eucalyptus, is looking for a Product Growth (CRO) Manager to own and improve the journey of prospective patients from their first visit to the website through to starting treatment. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role within the Product Growth team, focused on conversion across the digital funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion across the funnel, from landing page through quiz, assessment and order, and identify the biggest leaks and opportunities.
- Build and run the experimentation roadmap: turn customer behaviour and funnel data into hypotheses, prioritise by expected impact and run a structured experimentation cadence.
- Diagnose where customers drop off, quantify opportunities and work with Analytics on tracking, measurement and attribution.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, and turn results into decisions on what to ship, iterate or stop.
- Combine quantitative data with customer insight to understand intent, friction and trust.
- Partner with Copy and Design to turn hypotheses into messaging, UX and customer experiences, and work with Engineering and Product to get opportunities implemented.
- Work with Growth so the experience customers land on matches the intent that brought them there.
- Help build and optimise conversion journeys for new products and patient needs, and raise the team's CRO capability.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, product growth or a similar quantitative digital role.
- Track record of owning and improving digital conversion funnels with measurable commercial impact.
- Experience working with Analytics or Data teams on measurement and attribution frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to turn hypotheses into shipped experiences.
- Experience in healthcare, subscription businesses or considered-purchase journeys is useful but not essential.
Required skills
- Hands-on A/B and multivariate testing.
- Strong analytical instincts: interrogating funnel performance, identifying drop-offs and turning data into hypotheses.
- Understanding of how UX, messaging, friction and behavioural psychology affect conversion.
- Ability to link funnel metrics to broader business outcomes.
What we offer
- Mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany and Japan, and collaboration with teams in the Philippines and South Africa.
- Learning budgets, conferences, certifications and peer shadowing.
- Wellness talks, exercise classes, free coffee, social clubs and quarterly events.
- Parental and miscarriage leave, health and professional development days, and an Employee Assistance Program.
