Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive, high‑quality experiences across BJAK’s suite of financial products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial workflows into fast, trustworthy, and user‑friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences from concept to production.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
• Create intuitive experiences for insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate rapidly using product data and user feedback to improve usability.
• Maintain consistency across mobile and web platforms.
• Continuously refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design.
• Strong grasp of information architecture and user flows.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
