Product Designer

About the role

Join the Group Technology Services Strategy and Architecture team to design seamless technology experiences used daily by employees worldwide. You will create intuitive, consistent user journeys across identity, device management and workplace platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and consistent experiences for a range of technology products and services.
• Simplify complex technical processes and craft end‑to‑end user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical requirements.
• Translate design recommendations into actionable delivery with the implementation team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in user experience and user interface design, preferably on enterprise platforms or internal tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, from research to delivery.
• Proficiency with Figma, design systems and AI‑enabled design tools.
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams across the full design lifecycle.
• Ability to solve complex business and technology challenges and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
