Procurement Specialist – Forecasting & Inventory Planning

About the role

Active Medical is expanding its procurement function and seeks a Procurement Specialist to lead forecasting, inventory optimisation and commercial analysis. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure the right products are available at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately forecast demand and optimise inventory levels.
• Analyse commercial data to drive cost savings and improve profitability.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and support sourcing activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product, supplier and pricing information in procurement systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to procurement processes and governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or sourcing with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost reductions.
• Experience using ERP or procurement platforms, preferably NetSuite.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
