Procurement Services Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Services Specialist will support senior procurement leaders and partner with the South Pacific business across Marketing, Professional and IT Services spend. The role covers end‑to‑end category strategy, from spend analysis to negotiation, contract execution and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support the South Pacific Services Procurement Category strategy aligned with global and regional goals.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, negotiations, supplier consolidation and market analysis.
• Implement procurement targets such as cost savings, cost avoidance and total cost of ownership.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational outcomes and compliance with procurement policies.
• Provide analytical and commercial support for procurement inquiries, escalations and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
