About the role
Enemix Group is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and expand its New Energy Markets desk in Sydney. You will work across sectors such as Data Centre Energy, Renewables, Construction, Legal, Finance and Engineering, helping shape Australia’s energy future.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a recruitment desk covering one or more of the listed energy‑related sectors.
- Build genuine, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Run a fast, disciplined recruitment process that delivers results quickly.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team and contribute to the firm’s global expansion.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within energy, renewables, construction, legal, finance or engineering.
- Proven track record of billing and developing long‑term client relationships.
- Strong interest in the energy transition and a desire to become the trusted expert in your market.
- Self‑driven, fair, and team‑oriented mindset.
