About the role

Mirrastone, Victoria's leading residential home builder, is expanding rapidly in the Ballarat region. The Pre-site Construction Administrator will support customers through the administration of their build up to the site start, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments.
  • Follow up on finance approvals and arrange warranty insurance.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policies.
  • Support the construction team to achieve higher standards for customers.

Required profile

  • Strong emphasis on customer service with a caring, empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.
  • High personal presentation and a "Can Do" attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle a large workload and multitask.
