Practice Manager for Dental Clinic

About the role

Join Maven Dental Busselton as a Practice Manager and take ownership of a thriving six‑surgery dental practice. You will lead an experienced team, work closely with clinicians and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the practice team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day running of the practice, including rostering, administration and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimise workflows and patient care.
• Monitor practice performance, KPIs and budgets, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or management experience in a customer‑focused environment (healthcare, dental, hospitality, retail, etc.).
• Strong people skills with the confidence to lead an experienced team.
• Organised, practical approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
