Power Platform Consultant

About the role

SRG Global is hiring a Power Platform Developer (listed as Power Platform Consultant) on a fixed-term, fully remote contract. You will help shape an enterprise-wide Power Platform environment and drive the digital transformation of business processes by building Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads and end users to analyse requirements, write functional specifications and design, build, test and deploy end-to-end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions based on business requirements.
• Support other team members with technical knowledge and solution ideas.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs and user manuals, aligned to SRG Global standards.
• Analyse and document detailed business requirements for Power Platform opportunities.
• Set development schedules, manage stakeholder expectations and report progress with the nominated solution owner.
• Develop UAT plans, liaise with stakeholders and perform UAT when required.
• Provide escalated Level 2/3 helpdesk support where configuration changes are needed.
• Help create user training resources such as videos and guides.
• Manage the solutions enhancement pipeline with each solution owner.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of platform security concepts, including user permissions, groups, roles and SharePoint security best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
