Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS Registered)

About the role

LiveBig, a specialist allied health provider, is growing across Brisbane South, mainly Logan and Ipswich, and is looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join its clinician-led team. The role is flexible full-time or part-time, with strong clinical supervision and support. Only candidates currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with participants, families, support teams and other clinicians to improve quality of life outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments.
• Develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Deliver person-centred, capacity-building strategies.
• Prepare clinical reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Manage appointments and caseloads effectively.
• Deliver services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.
