Portfolio Revenue Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Revenue Manager will drive revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels, partnering closely with hotel and commercial teams to optimise pricing, demand, and distribution. This data‑driven role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on business outcomes within IHG’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the revenue lead for a portfolio of hotels, shaping pricing, demand and distribution strategies through regular performance reviews.
• Use data, market intelligence and insights to identify opportunities and implement strategies that maximise revenue and profitability.
• Partner with commercial, sales and marketing teams to align strategies, improve channel performance and optimise overall revenue delivery.
• Support rollout of new systems, tools and revenue initiatives, ensuring strong adoption across teams.
• Lead key projects that enhance revenue management practices and overall performance outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members, building capability and strengthening the revenue management talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies and demand optimisation techniques.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership mindset with experience coaching and inspiring others.
