Portfolio Planning and Delivery Manager

About the role

You will lead the Roadside portfolio of initiatives, turning strategic priorities into an executable roadmap and ensuring successful delivery into frontline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning process and manage a portfolio of initiatives with prioritisation, sequencing and dependency management.
• Align stakeholders across Operations, Digital, Technology and Finance to support investment decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Provide portfolio governance through reporting, risk management and executive communications.
• Drive operational readiness activities including testing, process readiness and transition planning.
• Lead, coach and develop a small high‑performance team.

Required profile

• Experience leading portfolios, programs or large‑scale business initiatives in complex operational environments.
• Proven people leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing governance, reporting, risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
