Portfolio Marketing Manager (13‑month contract)

About the role

Mars is seeking an experienced Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead growth for a portfolio of iconic MasterFoods brands, including MasterFoods Professional, Dolmio, Ben’s Original and Kantong. This 13‑month parental‑leave cover role focuses on shaping portfolio strategy, driving innovation and delivering sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and financial delivery, translating business ambition into clear growth plans.
• Develop and execute 3‑year portfolio strategies, identifying new opportunities, categories, channels and adjacencies.
• Lead the innovation pipeline from ideation through launch, ensuring initiatives meet consumer and business needs.
• Drive integrated brand and communications strategies across the consumer journey.
• Partner with key customers and cross‑functional teams to unlock growth across grocery and emerging channels.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen, consumer understanding and passion for building brands.
• Proven portfolio marketing experience with ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into impactful marketing plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable moving between big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution.
