Porter Valet - The Ritz-Carlton Perth

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Perth is looking for a Porter Valet to support its guests and help build lasting relationships. The role is full time and involves directing vehicle traffic, handling guest cars and assisting guests with luggage and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on property to keep traffic flowing smoothly and efficiently.
• Park and retrieve guest cars to and from designated areas.
• Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Assist with loading and unloading, storage, retrieval and transportation of guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (for example transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.

Required profile

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider (RSA).
• I'm Alert Food Safety certification (from the City of Perth).
• Unrestricted Western Australian driver's licence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local area.
• Passion for customer service.
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
