Platform Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Architect to define and own the architecture and roadmap of our service management platform. You will lead solution design with an out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) first mindset and ensure the platform aligns with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform architecture and strategic roadmap.
• Lead solution design for modules, emphasizing OOB‑first approaches.
• Govern platform customisation, integrations, and data models.
• Provide architectural oversight for ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, Asset Management, and AI/Automation.
• Drive re‑platforming, consolidation, and modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
• Define and enforce development standards, guardrails, and governance forums.
• Review and approve high‑impact designs, integrations, and customisations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Owners.
• Mentor developers and administrators, providing technical leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing large‑scale service management platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor technical staff.
