Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling across a portfolio of major infrastructure and construction projects for a multi‑megawatt data centre development in Truganina, Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and management of integrated project schedules.
• Establish planning and scheduling standards, methodologies and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, analyse schedule performance against milestones and identify risks.
• Provide critical path analysis and schedule forecasting to support decision‑making.
• Mentor planning teams across multiple projects and collaborate with engineering, commercial and construction teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a Planning Manager, Lead Planner or Senior Planner role.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale infrastructure, civil, utilities or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong project controls knowledge.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
