Site Manager for $100M High‑Rise Residential Project

About the role

The builder, with 30 years of experience delivering high‑rise residential, commercial and aged‑care projects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a centrally located $100M residential development. This role offers a long‑term career in a fun, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead by example in health, safety, environment, and quality management.
• Collaborate with project leaders to develop construction management and workplace relations plans.
• Manage subcontractor performance, labour resources, and site logistics.
• Conduct regular site walks, safety meetings, and progress reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Support buildability reviews and contribute to achieving design and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE legislation, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within high‑rise residential construction on large‑scale $100M+ projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of subcontractor markets and construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Good tenure at previous businesses and strong relationships with subcontractors.
