Specialist, Digital Build

About the role

The Specialist, Digital Build will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Digital Build practices across VIDA Health’s capital portfolio, providing expert guidance on digital engineering, BIM and information management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead application of VIDA Health’s Digital Engineering Framework, ensuring projects meet digital requirements, industry standards and organisational objectives.
• Provide specialist advice on Digital Engineering Management Plans, model production strategies and project‑specific digital delivery documentation.
• Support implementation of Digital Build technology platforms and the Common Data Environment to ensure effective information management.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Design, Digital Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering Digital Engineering, BIM or Virtual Design and Construction services on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, resolve complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced capability with Autodesk Forma, Revit, Navisworks Manage and Revizto.
• Hands‑on expertise in model coordination, clash detection, model validation and design review processes.
