Physiotherapist – Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation

About the role

Join Total Workfit Solutions, Tasmania’s largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, as a Physiotherapist in Hobart. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical and on‑site services across Tasmania, focusing on proactive injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical physiotherapy services in the clinic and at client sites.
• Develop and deliver injury prevention, health and wellness, and injury management programs for private clients and organisations.
• Conduct workplace, task, role, and job demands assessments with recommendations for modifications.
• Perform pre‑employment and capacity assessments, as well as health surveillance and screening programs.

Required profile

• Full AHPRA registration.
• Understanding of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time‑management skills.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, and a valid Australian driver’s licence with vehicle access.

Required skills

• Ability to deliver clinical physiotherapy in varied settings.
• Experience developing injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Competence in conducting workplace and capacity assessments.
