About the role

Join Everyday Independence’s Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program as a Graduate Speech Pathologist in Hobart. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and community settings while receiving structured supervision and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services to participants in community settings, focusing on goal‑oriented outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative therapy plans.
• Build strong relationships with participants and support their independence.

Required profile

• Recently completed Speech Pathology degree with current or pending SPA registration.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to work in community environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based speech pathology interventions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
