Philosophy Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position supports a fast‑growing AI data services company by leading quality assurance for philosophy‑focused training projects. You will work remotely, reviewing AI‑generated philosophical content and trainer output to ensure conceptual precision, logical soundness, and alignment with detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated philosophy content and trainer work against project guidelines and rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback on argument structure, logical validity, contextual accuracy, and formatting.
• Identify recurring quality issues such as straw‑man arguments, invalid inference, or misrepresentation of philosophers’ views.
• Communicate updates and corrective actions to trainers, QA staff, and remote contributors.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Monitor contributor activity and activate inconsistent performers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Logic, Political Theory, Humanities, Religious Studies, Classics, Cognitive Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for clear written communication.
• 3+ years of experience in philosophy research, teaching, academic review, ethics review, logic instruction, or related humanities workflows.
• Deep understanding of philosophical methods, logic, argument analysis, and major sub‑disciplines (e.g., epistemology, metaphysics, political philosophy).
