Technical Training Advisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Technical Training Advisor to shape training and competency on a major Victorian project from mobilisation to close‑out. The role involves working directly with project leadership and site teams to ensure crews have the right skills for high‑risk construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external technical training for the project workforce.
• Verify mobilisation requirements before personnel start work on site.
• Partner with managers to identify training and capability needs.
• Maintain accurate training and competency records in company systems.
• Audit training data, report on compliance and escalate risks early.
• Build induction materials and support onboarding of new personnel.
• Liaise with registered training organisations and external providers.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience coordinating workforce training programs.
• Strong administration skills, balancing competing priorities.
• Experience with training records and compliance systems.

Required skills

• LMS knowledge.
• ESI knowledge.
