Senior Customer Success Manager, Learning Solutions (14‑month FTC)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Learning Solutions on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports Public Sector customers in Australia and New Zealand, driving adoption of LinkedIn Learning and delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to onboard new accounts, define goals, and create implementation and success plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, develop education and activation plans, and lead regular success reviews.
• Analyse usage metrics, identify churn risk, and design strategies to increase product engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (LTIC, TC, IC, Insights) to optimise solutions and drive value.
• Support renewal and upsell activities, co‑lead value reviews, and mitigate churn through custom plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Learning & Development, product adoption or related fields.
• Proven ability to build senior‑level relationships and influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and communication skills.
• Experience in the learning or e‑learning industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
