Pharmacy Support Specialist

About the role

Join PharmaPrograms as a Pharmacy Support Specialist, supporting a network of pharmacies to maximise professional service programmes. You will work from our Richmond office, engaging directly with pharmacists through outbound calls and emails.

Key responsibilities

• Engage pharmacy customers via outbound calls and emails to raise awareness and participation in PharmaPrograms initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, providing education on patient enrolment, claiming processes and best‑practice workflows.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy and customer records in Salesforce CRM and support the multidisciplinary call‑centre team.
• Monitor engagement, gather feedback and share insights with sales, product and programme teams.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration or Pharmacy Assistant with a Certificate II‑IV in Community Pharmacy.
• Strong customer‑service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
