Pharmacist Grade 1/2 Rotational – Horsham

About the role

Join the Grampians Health Horsham pharmacy team as a rotational Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 1 or Grade 2). You will deliver high‑quality, unit‑based clinical and operational pharmacy services while accessing credentialing programmes and ongoing professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services including assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation.
• Promote and support effective patient flow within the hospital.
• Mentor and clinically supervise pharmacy students, interns, residents and other health staff.
• Contribute actively to pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programmes and meetings.

Required profile

• Current or eligible general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
