Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy (Wollongong)

About the role

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join the experienced team at Wollongong Private Hospital. As a Clinical Pharmacist you will deliver specialised medication management across the dispensary and hospital wards, ensuring safe and optimal patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑practice pharmacy services and patient‑centred care in the dispensary and clinical settings.
• Educate hospital staff and counsel patients on appropriate medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical services and medication safety.
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to medication optimisation initiatives.
• Support the development of a positive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with dispensing software.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, friendly environment.
• National Police Check completed within the past 12 months.
• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases may be required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of dispensing software systems.
