About the role

Estia Health Glen Waverley, a home offering care to the east Melbourne community, is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCAs) to join its team on a permanent part-time basis. The home sits on a quiet residential street, backs onto Bogong Reserve and is close to local shops and buses.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help monitor residents' health and assist with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
