Westpac Caneland is hiring a Personal Banking Advisor in Mackay, Queensland, on a part-time basis. The advisor helps customers with their banking needs, offering tailored advice and solutions such as opening accounts, managing finances and guidance on Westpac products and services, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• No banking experience needed: comprehensive training on products and services and hands-on guidance is provided.
