About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive Personal Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to three senior leaders. You will help them stay focused on key business priorities while ensuring day‑to‑day activities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and workflows for senior leaders.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence and coordinate events.
- Maintain records, support reporting requirements and collaborate with the broader PA community.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years’ experience supporting senior management in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational, diary and time‑management abilities with sound judgement and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events and administrative projects.
