Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

Blinq is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own customer acquisition and revenue scaling across its product portfolio. You will shape strategy, manage spend, and execute campaigns to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the performance marketing roadmap, prioritising audiences, channels and experiments with the highest revenue potential.
• Scale paid acquisition, primarily through Meta Ads, while managing budgets, campaign structure and day‑to‑day performance.
• Allocate and adjust spend based on commercial results, balancing growth with CAC, ROAS and payback.
• Partner with design and brand to create and test creative concepts, messaging and formats.
• Optimise Shopify journeys, landing pages and offers to improve conversion.
• Run disciplined experiments across channels, creative and conversion, and decide what to scale or stop.
• Strengthen measurement and reporting to link marketing activity to incremental customers and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating revenue in a scale‑up environment.
• Hands‑on experience owning paid acquisition campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
• Practical knowledge of Shopify and e‑commerce purchase journeys.
• Player‑coach mindset: comfortable setting strategy and executing personally.
• Strong commercial judgement on CAC, LTV, ROAS and payback.
• Analytical rigour to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
