Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for live entertainment, as a Performance Marketing Associate. You will own the marketing strategy for regional experiences, driving high‑impact digital launches and scaling target audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for assigned experiences, with full accountability for performance and results.
• Create and launch high‑visibility performance digital campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and optimisation levers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content) to provide strategic direction and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly on Facebook ads and other paid social platforms.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end with ownership of results.
• Highly organised, methodical and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient English (bilingual level preferred); additional language is a plus.
