Performance Director

About the role

Join one of Sydney’s leading performance marketing agencies as a Performance Director. You will lead high‑impact paid strategies for premium Australian eCommerce brands, driving innovation and measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑performing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Manage significant media budgets, create testing frameworks and analyse key commercial metrics to scale performance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal specialists to identify growth opportunities, challenge existing strategies and advise on investment decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social or digital media, preferably within an agency.
• Proven track record of delivering performance‑led strategies for eCommerce brands with a focus on acquisition, revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong ability to manage senior client relationships and present strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• Expertise in paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce performance metrics, audience strategy, attribution and conversion funnels.
• Experience with structured testing frameworks and performance creative.
