About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Pavement Engineer to join its Adelaide team. You will work on infrastructure projects that improve community resilience and sustainability, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.

• Provide engineering advice to clients from concept through to delivery on complex pavement projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualifications with experience in pavement design and construction.
• Proven track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
