About the role
Join Nespresso’s boutique team in Penrith on a fixed‑term contract running until 30 June 2027. The role is part‑time (24 hours per week) on a rotating fortnightly roster, blending a passion for coffee with exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, share coffee knowledge and create memorable moments.
- Support boutique operations to keep the store running smoothly.
- Drive sales using digital tools and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Conduct tastings, promote memberships and showcase expertise.
- Participate in a growth plan to deepen coffee and boutique operational skills.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic coffee lover with retail or hospitality experience.
- People‑oriented, enjoys creating memorable customer interactions.
- Professional presentation and pride in personal appearance.
- Committed to positive impact for people and planet in a B Corp environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Ability to use digital sales and reporting tools.
